In this day and age, when a person feels strongly about an issue, which is immense and entirely out of control and yet so important to the destinies of individual human lives, it is rare that they take a positive stand.

Sandra Hammond, of Education Perspectives for the Central Valley, is a rare person.

She is essentially a one woman army, when it comes to three issues, which are negatively affecting our public school system, today: OVER-EMPHASIZED STANDARDIZED TESTING, ZERO TOLERANCE DISPUTES, SPECIAL EDUCATION ISSUES.

Now, she has brandished a new "weapon" of sorts:

ENCOMPASS, an online clearing house for articles on education and public commentary on issues that matter, today.
