Certainly, the idea of this site was to "document" the progress of the "documentary". However, the making of the film has been so absolutely time consuming, writing about it has taken a backseat.

PRESS RELEASE:

TEACHER EDUCATES PUBLIC WITH A SELF-PRODUCED DOCUMENTARY

WHO: Brenda Cregor, Central Valley Elementary Public School Teacher
WHAT: Self-produced documentary: Like a Scapegoat on a Pendulum
WHERE: Annual Cesar Chavez Education Conference: Literacy, Early Education & Educational Policy, California State University-Fresno, Satellite Student Union
WHY: To educate the public on educational policies which are adversely affecting California public school teachers and the students, especially those from disadvantaged populations, who they teach, and to promote discussion regarding issues not yet addressed in the media, legislation, or the public arena.
WHEN: Friday, March 25th (4:35-5:10 p.m.)  and Saturday, March 26th (Noon)
The film begins thus: “Just as students from disadvantaged backgrounds are being segregated into having a less enriching educational experience, due to recently enacted unfounded educational policies, teachers are also being segregated into two groups, good and bad. And lately, these labels have less to do with how you teach than where you teach.”
This documentary, divided into “objectives”, intertwines commentary from public school teachers, authors, professors, a dean, and former Superintendent of Public Education for California, Jack O’Connell, with sequences designed to provoke and promote discussion with the hope positive solutions will follow.
